This 40 minute class is designed for those women who want to get the maximum workout in the minimum time. It works & tones all muscle groups – especially abs,arms,bums, tums & thighs- while increasing strength and fitness and, most importantly, burning body fat.
Tone’N’Burn is a Circuit Training based class which includes a combination of Free Weights, Body Weight and Resistance Machine Exercises as well as some Aerobic- type Exercises. The class is changed on a weekly basis to prevent adaptation and to ensure that clients continue to achieve maximum results from the workout.
Options are available on each exercise to suit all participants whether they are Advanced, Intermediate or a Complete Beginner. The class runs on a pre-pay, 4 week course basis and is available Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 1.10-1.50pm. Weekly weigh-ins and a Food/Lifestyle diary can be included as an upgrade.
