With an emphasis on effective and challenging exercises, in a fully supervised and motivating environment, our Ladies Body Transformation Bootcamps are a great way to get all the benefits of Personal Training at a fraction of the cost.
The 60 minute class is run on a Circuit Training format and includes both Weight Training and Cardio exercises which are performed on a High Intensity Interval Training basis. However our Bootcamps are very much results-driven and exercise alone will not achieve the results that most clients are seeking.
Therefore, we also focus on your life outside the gym by including a Nutrition/Lifestyle Seminar, Diary and Weekly Weigh-ins. In this way we can monitor and help improve important areas of your life including frequency, size and quality of meals, as well as training, sleep and stress patterns.
